"I’m looking to have a full-featured, web-based esports tournament platform built from the ground up. At its core the site needs robust user registration with personal profiles that track every match, ranking position and earned badge. Players (or admins) must be able to create tournaments, generate brackets automatically, set match dates and times, and have the system update results in real time so the public ranking list is always current.

Because I want to monetise events, the flow for paid registrations has to feel seamless: invitation codes can apply discounts on the checkout page, and multiple payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal at a minimum) must be integrated securely. Each victory should unlock an activation badge that appears on the player’s profile and contributes to their overall standing.

I’m keeping the platform game-agnostic for now, so clean architecture and an intuitive admin panel are important—I’ll plug in game-specific APIs later. Everything should run smoothly in a modern browser and scale to mobile screens without losing functionality.

Deliverables (high-level)
