"I’m building out a long-term product roadmap and need three reliable Flutter specialists to join me full-time. The stack is pure Flutter and Dart, targeting simultaneous Android and iOS releases, so you’ll spend much of your day turning tickets in Jira into production-ready code, builds and store submissions.

Day to day you’ll handle the usual build-and-release cycle—configuring certificates and provisioning profiles, incrementing versions, creating release notes, then pushing to TestFlight and the Play Console. I expect an intermediate level of confidence with these deployment steps: you know your way around Xcode-managed signing, Gradle configs, and store metadata, even if you still look up the odd edge case.

Beyond that, clean architecture, readable commits and responsive communication are essential; I’m planning for months, not weeks, so we all need to trust each other and talk openly. New freelancers with demonstrable Flutter projects are welcome alongside seasoned experts—the results matter more than the résumé.
