"I run a coworking space and I’m ready to upgrade our online experience from a basic brochure site to a fully-functional booking platform tied to a lightweight CRM.

Website Scope
The public-facing site should let visitors browse plans, see real-time desk and room availability, and complete a reservation in a few clicks. A clear slot-availability calendar is essential, followed by automated email confirmations that reflect their chosen date, time, and add-ons. A secure payment gateway must finalise each booking so funds land in our account immediately.

CRM Requirements
Behind the scenes I need a unified dashboard that:
• Stores customer profiles and booking history (Customer management)
• Tracks leads, conversions, and recurring plan renewals (Sales tracking)
• Logs and assigns any member issues to be resolved (Support ticketing system)

I don’t mind whether you prefer WordPress with WooCommerce and a CRM plugin, a Laravel/Vue stack, or another approach—what matters is a clean UI, reliable calendar sync, and easy data export. Please outline:
