"I’m looking for someone who can spin up a small-scale architecture portal on WordPress that feels a little like Houzz yet keeps its own identity. The site needs three core areas: a news page for regular articles, a “Find a Specialist” directory, and a Projects & History section where I can showcase work chronologically. I already have the written copy, project photos, and specialist details ready to go, so content creation isn’t part of the job—just smart integration.

Design-wise I’m after a classic, elegant look: clean typography, balanced white space, and responsive layouts that hold up on mobile. Please rely on free or very low-cost themes and plugins so the build fits my extremely tight budget (think zero to ten dollars total on add-ons).

Key deliverables:
