"I’m ready to launch an equipment-rental business and now need both a web presence and an Android app built from the ground up in a clean, professional-corporate style. The goal is to let customers browse our catalog, create or manage their accounts, and reserve items from any device without friction.

Here is the functional scope I must see in the first release:
• Equipment listing with photos, specs, availability calendar, and pricing
• Real-time online booking system that locks inventory and confirms reservations instantly
• Secure user-account dashboards for new and returning customers to track orders, extensions, and invoices
• Live-chat widget integrated across web and mobile for instant support
• Customer reviews and star-ratings visible on each product page
• Android push notifications that alert users about booking status, due-date reminders, and promotional offers

The website can be built on a framework such as React, Angular, or Vue paired with a robust backend (Laravel, Node, Django—your expertise is welcome). For the Android app, I’m comfortable with native Kotlin, Flutter, or React Native as long as the UI stays consistent with the site and performance is smooth. A single codebase for common logic is preferred.
