Before we break ground I need help translating the business idea into a clear technical plan and, once agreed, building the first market-ready release.

The opening phase will focus on:
• A short discovery session to define objectives, target users, and success metrics.
• A brief technical proposal that recommends the stack, architecture, timeline, and major milestones.
• A roadmap for phased development, testing, and deployment.

After approval the work moves straight into design, code, and iterative delivery. Clean, well-documented source code in a shared repository, along with a working demo environment, will serve as acceptance criteria for each milestone.
