"I have a fully-functional web application and I’m ready to give my users a true mobile experience on both iOS and Android. The current site already talks to a live backend, so the new apps will need to hook into the same services for authentication, data sync, and all existing business logic.

Beyond mirroring present features, the mobile build must introduce two AI capabilities:
• Image recognition – users will snap or upload photos and receive near-instant feedback.
• Text analysis – short text snippets submitted in the app should be processed for key insights.

All AI processing can run on-device, in the cloud, or a hybrid approach—as long as response time stays snappy and my infrastructure remains secure.

Here’s what I need from you:
1. A production-ready iOS app (App Store–compliant) and an Android app (Google Play-compliant) that replicate the current web workflow while feeling native to each platform.
2. Seamless integration with my existing backend endpoints.
3. The new AI modules fully wired into the UI, tested end-to-end.
4. Build scripts, source code, and concise setup documentation so my team can maintain the project easily.
