Description
Project Overview
We are a retail group operating two large-format showrooms in the furniture and home goods industry. We are now seeking a qualified Odoo implementation partner (company or individual) to help us transition our business operations into Odoo ERP from the ground up.

This project involves the complete setup of Odoo, including all core business modules—Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Helpdesk, Accounting, Payroll, HR, Delivery Management, and API integration.

The selected consultant will be required to work on-site in Mauritius for a period of approximately 3 months, during which they will:

Set up and configure the full Odoo system from scratch
Train department heads and key users
Ensure all workflows comply with Mauritius tax and labor laws
Customize and automate where necessary for seamless daily operations

Setup multi-step delivery workflows: Pick → Pack → Ship

Integrate with Google Maps for route optimization

Enable customer self-scheduling of delivery slots during checkout

Assign drivers and track delivery statuses in real-time

Send notifications via SMS or messaging platform

Requirements
Must be available to work on-site in Mauritius for 3 months
Proven track record in end-to-end Odoo implementations
Strong understanding of accounting principles and legal compliance, especially in VAT and Payroll
Ability to train staff and document SOPs
Experience with third-party API and messaging integrations (e.g., via n8n or similar)
Ability to offer ongoing support or handover documentation post-implementation

Additional Information
API documentation for supplier systems and messaging platforms will be provided after selection.
A performance-based incentive may be considered for successful and timely delivery.
Our local team will assist with logistics, onboarding, and coordination during the 3-month period.
