"I have a new social-networking concept in mind and I’m ready to bring it to life inside FlutterFlow, backed by Firebase. The core scope is clear:

• Email-and-password authentication wired into Firebase Auth
• Robust user profiles—avatar upload, editable bio, and privacy settings—all stored and synced through Cloud Firestore
• Real-time one-to-one messaging using Firebase Cloud Functions and Firestore for persistence

The initial UI has already been sketched in FlutterFlow, but I need someone to refine the layouts, wire up every interaction, and make sure the data layer is solid and secure (rules, indexes, and basic analytics). If you can add thoughtful touches—push notifications, offline caching, or a groundwork for an activity feed—I’m open to ideas, yet the first milestone must cover the three bullet points above.

Deliverables
1. A clean FlutterFlow project file with commented custom code where needed
2. A Firebase project configured for iOS and Android, including Auth, Firestore, Storage, and Functions
3. Brief implementation notes so that I can iterate on the app after hand-off
