"I’m planning to launch an online platform focused exclusively on booking bus tickets, mirroring the user experience and reliability people associate with Redbus. The core of the site will be a smooth, three-step journey: search, seat selection, and payment—finished off with an automatic confirmation via SMS and email.

Key features I need from day one
• Real-time seat selection that updates instantly as passengers reserve their spots
• Multiple payment options (cards, UPI, net-banking, wallets, etc.) processed through a secure gateway
• Automatic booking confirmation pushed to both SMS and email, with a unique PNR for easy lookup
• A straightforward module to list and manage business travel packages, allowing companies to pre-pay or set monthly billing

Nice-to-have (but not required immediately): a framework that lets us bolt on holiday or fully-customizable packages in the future without rewriting the core booking flow.

I’ll supply brand assets and a basic wireframe; you handle UI/UX polish, responsive frontend, and an admin dashboard where I can add operators, routes, fares, and view sales reports. Tech stack is flexible—React, Vue, or traditional server-rendered pages are all fine—as long as real-time seat maps stay lightning fast and the codebase is clear enough for my in-house dev to maintain later.
