"I’m building a mobile app that streamlines youth travel-baseball tryouts from sign-up to on-field evaluations. Players (or parents) will create a standard account, pick a tryout date, choose their age group, primary position, previous team, and provide contact details. During evaluations, each coach needs a quick interface—ideally on the same app—to grade hitting, throwing, running, fielding, and pitching in real time.

The app must run on both iOS and Android, so a single code-base approach such as Flutter or React Native makes sense for my lean budget. Sign-ins will be limited to regular email-based accounts; no social media logins are required. Registration data should flow directly into our existing system—an API is already available—so you’ll be working on an integrated rather than stand-alone form.

To keep scope crystal-clear, here’s what I need delivered:

• Cross-platform mobile build (iOS & Android)
• Player registration module connected to our current database/API
• Coach evaluation module with five scoring categories and comment fields
• Admin view for exporting or syncing collected scores
• Clean UI/UX suitable for parents, players, and coaches
• Source code, brief technical hand-off, and deployment support for App Store & Google Play
