"I have a complete developer spec and a collection of pre-written JSON code that define the data models and a few service stubs. Your task is to turn these assets into a fully functioning mobile application that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android.

Core scope
The app must let staff log their work, fill out data sheets, and complete compliance forms. A secure user-authentication flow is required so only authorised employees can reach those modules. Beyond that, the UI should stay clean and native-feeling on each platform.

Tech stack
I am open to React Native, Flutter, or another modern cross-platform framework as long as it delivers identical behaviour on iOS and Android and can consume the provided JSON structures with minimal refactoring. Whatever you choose, keep the codebase well-documented and ready for future hand-off.

Key deliverables
• Integrated login / token refresh
• Employee log, data sheet, and compliance form screens wired to the existing JSON models
• Local caching for occasional offline use, with sync on reconnect
• Source code in a Git repo, clear build instructions, and one test build per platform

Acceptance
The project wraps when TestFlight and an Android APK show all three modules working, data persisting, and authentication passing a basic security review.
