"I run a grocery store in Muzaffarpur, Bihar and I’m ready to move our entire ordering process online. I need a complete e-commerce solution that covers both a responsive web storefront and companion mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Core requirements
• Real-time order workflow: the moment a customer checks out, I should see the order instantly, complete with itemised summary and push/email/SMS alerts.
• Integrated customer chat: shoppers must be able to drop a question or update straight from the order screen, and my team replies from the same interface.
• Live delivery tracking: customers watch their delivery on the map while I track riders and status changes from an admin dashboard.
