"Right now several steps in my daily workflow still rely on manual clicks, copy-pasting, and passing spreadsheets around. I need a program that can take those repetitive business processes off my hands, trigger each step automatically, and give me a clear status overview without me hovering over every task.

The core goals are:
• Capture the inputs I currently enter by hand (forms, CSV, or API pulls if available).
• Run the sequence of approvals, calculations, and file movements exactly as we do today, but without human intervention.
• Produce the same outputs—whether that means updating a database, generating a PDF, or sending an email—on a reliable schedule or on-demand.

I’m flexible on whether this ends up as a desktop, web, or mobile solution; choose whichever stack you feel will be fastest to build and simplest for me to maintain. Common frameworks like Python-Flask, Node.js, .NET, or even a no-code platform are all on the table as long as the final result is stable and well-documented.
