The selected partner will deliver an MVP platform that includes:

• Structured storytelling templates
• Owner onboarding and content submission (low-code)
• AI-assisted narrative refinement and content QA
• Referral tracking (v1) using existing analytics tools
• Booking engine handoff (no transaction processing)
• Scalable CMS foundation for future phases
