"I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can provide, reskin, and rebrand Android apps so I can own multiple apps and generate revenue through ads and in-app purchases.

Important: I do not have the source code. The freelancer must provide the app source code and deliver full ownership to me.

To test quality and reliability, I will first order one app. If the results are good, this will become a long-term project with multiple apps.

Scope of work (end-to-end):

Provide original or legally usable source code
Complete app reskinning and rebranding
Change app name, package name, UI, icons, content, and assets
Deliver source code + APK/AAB
Integrate AdMob / other ad networks and in-app purchases
Upload and publish the app on the Google Play Store
Ensure no copyright, plagiarism, or Google Play policy violations

Mandatory requirements:

Share links to your published Play Store apps OR provide a demo app (APK)

App must include all required pages, such as:
Privacy Policy
Terms & Conditions
Contact / Support
About Us, etc...

App must be 100% Play Store–compliant
