"I need two quick-turn updates on my existing WordPress site.

First, please design and install a modern, dynamic holiday promo banner in the homepage header. It must include a live countdown timer and an eye-catching call-to-action button, scale smoothly on mobile, and be easy for me to swap graphics or dates without touching code.

Second, I want the entire site—pages and blog—to become multilingual through an automated solution. French, German and Portuguese are essential from day one, with the option to add more languages later. The plugin or stack you suggest should keep the existing theme intact, generate SEO-friendly URLs, and let my team review or tweak machine translations when needed.
