"I need a modern, responsive website for my charity. Two core functions are non-negotiable: a donation system and a volunteer sign-up area.

Donation system
• Contributions must be processed on-site through a secure, independent payment gateway—no redirects to PayPal or similar services.
• The flow should be PCI-compliant, issue instant email receipts, and log every transaction in an exportable database.

Volunteer sign-up
• Supporters should complete a simple form, create a basic profile, and receive an automated confirmation.
• All entries must be manageable from the admin panel and exportable to CSV for campaign planning.

General requirements
• Clean, accessible design that works flawlessly on mobile and desktop.
• Built on a CMS (WordPress, Craft, or another you recommend) so I can update content without touching code.
• Final hand-over must include all source files, credentials, and a brief guide covering routine tasks like adding pages, viewing donations, and exporting volunteer data.
