"I need a brand-new Android launcher that boots as the default home screen on my TV box, shows my logo, and routes users straight into a unified experience. Smooth remote-control navigation, clean UI transitions, and the ability to deep-link into my own apps are essential.

Alongside the launcher, I want a small suite of utility apps built on the same codebase and design language. We will pin down the exact toolset together, but they will focus on system-level tasks (think maintenance and monitoring) and must open seamlessly from the launcher without obvious context switches.

A lightweight server component will feed the launcher and apps with remote configuration, version checks, and usage analytics, so you’ll need solid backend skills—whether that’s Node.js, Firebase, AWS, or a stack you’re comfortable proposing—and be ready to expose secure REST endpoints that the Android side can consume.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• Custom launcher APK and source
• At least two integrated utility app APKs and source
• Backend code with deployment guide
• Clear build/run documentation so I can reproduce everything locally
