"My existing desktop application works, but the overall user experience doesn’t feel polished or intuitive. The sole objective of this project is to improve that experience from first launch to everyday use. Rather than sending long documents, I’d like to walk you through the current build over a quick voice or video call so you can see exactly where users struggle.

After that conversation, I’ll need:
• A concise UX audit summarising pain points and quick-win fixes
• Low-fidelity wireframes (or comparable sketches) that show the re-imagined flows
• Optional interactive prototype if you feel it will clarify interactions

You can use the tools you’re most comfortable with—Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, even pen-and-paper mock-ups—so long as the output is clear and actionable for my development team. I’m available across most time zones to schedule that initial verbal walk-through and subsequent check-ins.
