"My new cleaning agency needs a reliable mobile app that serves both our clients and our field staff, live on iOS and Android from day one.

For clients the app must let them:
• book a cleaning quickly, choosing date, time and service type
• view past and upcoming appointments in their account history
• reach customer support through an in-app chat or message form
• reschedule straight from a calendar screen
• rate each visit and leave written comments

For employees it should provide a secure login where they can:
• see a real-time schedule of assigned jobs
• tap to mark a job as started and completed (photo proof optional)
• pull up client details and special instructions on the spot
• leave internal ratings or notes once the job is done

I’d like an admin console (web or in-app) so I can create services, assign cleaners and watch status updates live. Flutter, React Native or any comparable cross-platform stack is fine as long as the end result is smooth, scalable and easy to maintain.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Source code and compiled builds ready for both app stores
2. Branded UI with our logo and colours (I’ll supply assets)
3. Database/API documentation
4. Step-by-step notes for TestFlight/internal testing and final submission

Acceptance test: a booking placed by a test client must appear instantly on the chosen cleaner’s schedule; when that cleaner marks the job complete, the client receives a push notification and can submit a rating, all of which the admin console reflects in real time.
