"I need a single, responsive popup added to both the desktop and mobile versions of my site. Its sole goal is to collect visitor email addresses, so the form should show only one field: Email

Trigger logic
• Show the popup immediately on page load.
• Make the same popup appear again whenever a visitor clicks our existing “Get Discount” button.

Design & behaviour
The look and feel must match the current brand (fonts, colours, rounded corners). On mobile, it should centre nicely and avoid covering essential navigation. Please include a clear close icon and set a cookie or similar so we don’t badger users who have already submitted or dismissed it.

Integration
I’m happy with plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript, jQuery, or a lightweight library—as long as the code is clean, minified, and easy for me to tweak later. If you prefer a no-code service like Mailchimp embed or a JS modal plugin, let me know, but I’d like the final files hosted directly on my server rather than through an external iframe.

2. Inline instructions on where to paste or enqueue the script
3. A quick test video or screenshots proving it fires on both triggers across desktop and mobile breakpoints
