"Looking for a Web Developer to Join an EdTech / Cybersecurity Project

I’m the founder an online cybersecurity training platform that provides ready-to-use hands-on labs for students.
The platform is already live and running, and I’m now looking for a freelance web developer to take ownership of the website development and improvements, so I can focus on the cloud infrastructure and educational content.

What I need help with:
• Improving and maintaining the existing website (frontend & basic backend)
• UI/UX enhancements and performance optimization
• Adding new pages/features as the platform grows
• Fixing issues and making continuous improvements over time
• Working with an existing live system (not building from scratch)

Required skills:
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with modern web development (responsive design, clean UI)
• Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore) is a big plus
• Basic understanding of APIs and backend integration
