"I need a complete website designed from the ground up for my auto-leasing company. At this stage I have no existing site or brand guidelines, so you will be shaping the entire online presence—from look-and-feel through to fully responsive pages that display flawlessly on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Scope of work
• Create two or three initial mock-ups so I can choose a design direction.
• Once approved, build out the full site (roughly five to seven pages) with clear navigation, a prominent lead-capture form, and space where I can later add vehicle specials or inventory highlights.
• Implement basic on-page SEO (clean URLs, H-tags, meta titles/descriptions) and set up Google Analytics tracking.
• Deliver the finished project on a user-friendly CMS so my team can update text, images, and pricing without touching code.

Acceptance criteria
• Pages load in under three seconds on a standard 4G connection.
• Layout and forms work perfectly in the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox as well as iOS/Android browsers.
• All copy, images, and design assets handed over in an organised file structure alongside a short video or PDF walkthrough that shows how to edit content in the chosen CMS.

We already have a website but it needs to be reduced to 3 pages and more interactive/modern looking. We need to condense the text on the site and use each scroll/click to start a sales funnel process. This is for an auto lease company that is a client of ours.
