"I have a custom WordPress plugin that is already coded but still rough around the edges. Your job is to install it on my staging site, make sure its database tables are created correctly, and iron out every PHP warning or fatal error that appears under PHP 7.4+.

Once it runs clean, I need three key features finished:
• Twilio-based SMS OTP so users verify their phone before doing anything sensitive.
• A request board that blocks bots with reCAPTCHA v3 (that choice is fixed; no switch to v2 or honeypot).
• Stripe payments that grant or deny access to restricted areas.

All work happens inside the existing codebase—no redesigns, no framework swaps, no rewrites. I simply want the plugin stabilized and its missing pieces implemented within 7-12 days.
