Realtime SMTP, DNS, and MX checks, plus syntax validation, are all fine approaches as long as the end result is a clean list ready for bulk-mail platforms. Command-line or web dashboard is your choice; an API endpoint in JSON would be a welcome extra so I can feed lists in programmatically.
