"I have secure access to a ceetain Electronic Health internal platforms and need an end-to-end Playwright solution that will:
• authenticate with the existing login flow,
• pull large sets of patient records that match both medical-history and treatment-type criteria,
• parse and normalise the results, and
• surface the filtered data in a clean, browser-based interface.

The automated flow must stay resilient to common UI changes on the source system, so well-structured selectors and clear error handling are essential. Once the data reaches our side, transform it into a concise JSON model that feeds a lightweight dashboard; think sortable tables, quick search, CSV export and basic chart hooks—nothing heavy, but polished enough that non-technical staff can browse quickly.

Tech stack is flexible as long as Playwright drives the scraping layer. A typical approach might be Node.js + Express + React or Vue for the front end, but I’m open if you can hit the same goals. Please include notes on throttling, login token renewal and HIPAA-friendly logging. Final deliverables are:

1. Source code with setup instructions
2. Demonstration video (or live session) showing the extraction on sample data
3. Brief README covering deployment, environment variables and how to adjust qualification rules
