"I need a warm, “road-side lodge” style website that lets guests reserve a room without ever picking up the phone. The overall look should feel rustic and cozy with a old time western theme—wood-grain textures, welcoming earth tones, and simple typography that echoes our lobby’s charm—yet the back-end must be as modern and dependable as any big-brand hotel with a simple and easy to manage platform. A logo is also needed.

Core functionality revolves around bookings. Visitors have to:
• check real-time room availability,
• pay securely online, and
• receive an automatic confirmation email the moment the transaction clears.

How you deliver this is up to you—WordPress with a rock-solid booking plugin, a custom Laravel build, or a React front-end that pulls from an API are all acceptable so long as updates are easy for a non-developer. Please include responsive layouts, basic on-page SEO, and Google Analytics integration from the start.

Deliverables will be considered complete when:
• A polished, mobile-first site is live on my host.
• The full booking flow (calendar → payment → confirmation email) passes end-to-end tests.
• Load times stay under three seconds on standard 4G.
• I receive a short hand-off guide or video that shows me how to add rooms, set rates, and upload photos.
