"I need an Android application that can pull every lecture I post in my private Telegram group, store the content independently, and keep it available even if the group or my Telegram account disappears. Once the sync is done, the app must run without any further connection to Telegram.

Core flow
• On first launch the user signs in with Google (no other login methods).
• After a successful Google Sign-In, the app connects to Telegram through the official API / TDLib, fetches all messages from my specified group, downloads the attached files (video, PDF, audio, notes) and builds a local catalogue.
• From that point on the content lives inside the app (or a backend you set up) and remains fully accessible offline. Future syncs should only grab new items to save bandwidth.
• A simple, clean UI lets users browse, search, stream or download each lecture. No dependency on Telegram once the data is stored.

Deliverables
– Full Android Studio project in Kotlin or Java
– Signed APK / AAB ready for Google Play submission
– Brief setup guide so I can point the app to a different Telegram group in the future

Acceptance criteria
1. User can sign in with Google and reach the lecture list without errors.
2. All existing messages in the target Telegram group are fetched and their attachments open smoothly inside the app.
3. Airplane-mode test: after the first sync, disconnecting from the internet still shows the catalogue and plays previously downloaded media.
4. Deleting the Telegram group or revoking the bot token does not break access to already-synced content.
