"I need a mobile application whose single focus is to guide users through physiotherapy exercises by video. Every exercise will have two viewing options: a pre-recorded tutorial they can replay any time and, where required, a button that drops them straight into a live session with a therapist.

Because the videos sit at the heart of the product, smooth playback and crystal-clear streaming matter more to me than an overload of extra features. A clean interface that lets users filter exercises by body part or injury, mark favourites, and see what they completed last time will be enough for version 1.

Key deliverables
• Cross-platform mobile app (iOS & Android) built in React Native or Flutter – whichever you are fastest with
• Secure upload/storage for pre-recorded clips, plus an in-app player with scrubbing, speed control, and offline caching
• Live session module (WebRTC or similar) that supports therapist cam, basic chat, and automatic push notification reminders
• Lightweight admin panel so I can create exercise categories, attach videos, and schedule lives without touching code
• Source code, build instructions, and a short hand-over call to walk me through deployment
