"Project Description:
We are developing an EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment) project and require a portrait-oriented (vertical) user interface for the Nextion NX4832F035_011 3.5” touch HMI display.
The scope includes both UI design in Nextion Editor and integration with our existing ESP32 (Arduino framework) firmware.

Scope of Work:
1. HMI Screen Design (Nextion Editor .HMI/.TFT)
• Portrait orientation, clean and user-friendly interface
• Main screen: charging status, power, voltage, current, temperature, charging time
• Safety alerts / fault codes (from SafetyState variable in firmware)
• Start/Stop charging controls
• Settings menu (max current, language selection, etc.)
• Simple and readable icons, buttons, and layout
2. ESP32 Firmware Integration
• Implement serial communication between ESP32 and Nextion display
• Update UI elements in real-time with sensor data and safety status from the existing C++ code
• Handle user inputs from the display (buttons, sliders) to control EVSE functions
3. Deliverables
• Nextion Editor project file (.HMI) and compiled .TFT file
• Updated ESP32 firmware source code (PlatformIO compatible) with HMI integration
• Brief documentation (page structure, function mapping, communication protocol details)

Requirements:
• Experience with Nextion Editor (especially NX series)
• Strong knowledge of ESP32 and Arduino framework
• Familiarity with UART serial communication
• Good sense of UI/UX design for industrial devices
• Preferably experience with EVSE or similar industrial control projects

Additional Info:
• Hardware: Custom ESP32 PCB, NX4832F035_011 display
• All sensor and safety data are already available in firmware via ready-to-use functions and variables
• UI will be fully optimized for portrait usage
