"I am already running ERPNext’s built-in POS and need an experienced hand to finish the last mile. The system must process sales and returns in both USD and CDF, but just as important is locking down what a cashier can and cannot see.

What I expect from you
• Configure and test flawless USD / CDF handling at the POS, including split tenders, returns and proper ledger postings.
• Force the POS screen to be the cashier’s home page on login, bypassing the usual dashboard entirely.
• Remove every “Not Permitted” error by correcting Role Permission Manager settings and cleaning up the relevant Workspaces.
• Restrict the cashier role to only the Accounts, Stock and Selling functions required for day-to-day retail, nothing more.
• Document every change so the setup survives future ERPNext upgrades.

Logistics
The budget is fixed at ₹300 per hour. Because I’ll need quick back-and-forth over phone or chat, I prefer to work with an Indian specialist who already knows ERPNext’s POS internals.
