"I want to turn a stylised map of Saudi Arabia into an engaging, scroll-driven experience that spotlights government-backed investment projects. As the visitor scrolls, the map should subtly shift in depth, with each region sliding forward on its own layer and revealing project cards, stats, and clear calls to action.

The build has to feel smooth and modern on desktop and mobile alike, so you can lean on any front-end approach you prefer—HTML5/CSS3 with GSAP or ScrollTrigger, a lightweight React/Vue setup, even [login to view URL] for extra depth, as long as performance stays solid.

What I’ll provide:
• A high-resolution base map, colour palette, and project data
• Copy and imagery for each government project highlight

What I need from you:
• A fully responsive one-page site with layered parallax animation
• Clickable or hoverable hotspots that open brief project summaries
• Clean, reusable code and any assets you create (SVGs, icons, etc.)
• Basic hand-off documentation so my team can update text or add new projects later

For acceptance I’ll review the site on Chrome, Safari, and mobile, checking that scroll motion feels natural, hotspots load quickly, and the layout adapts down to a narrow phone screen without breaking.
