"I need clear, fool-proof instructions to bring my existing Laravel site up to date, but I cannot grant direct server access. You will work as my remote guide: supply a step-by-step walkthrough, respond to questions in real time, and review the results based on screenshots or terminal output I send back.

What I can use:
• SSH shell with composer and git available
• phpMyAdmin for database changes
• Basic text editor on the server

What I cannot provide:
• Any form of direct login or screen-sharing to the production box

Scope
1. Assess my current project structure and Laravel version from the files I share (zipped or via repo).
2. List every change required—framework upgrade, package updates, config tweaks, or database migrations—so nothing breaks in production.
3. Write numbered commands and code snippets I can paste into the terminal, including rollback steps if something fails.
4. Stay available during the update window to troubleshoot quickly.

Acceptance
The site must load without errors, artisan commands should pass, and no existing feature should regress. When we reach that point, I will mark the job complete.
