The initial build is a tightly scoped aggregator MVP, not a discovery project. Architecture, scope, and sequencing are already defined, with clear guardrails.

Advanced Filtering – core decision-making feature, including geographic location as a primary criterion, alongside service type and basic tender metadata.

Customisable Alerts – notify users when relevant tenders matching saved criteria are published.

Tender Overview & Metadata – clear visibility of key information required to assess relevance quickly.

Ideal Skills:

SaaS platform development (spec-led delivery)
