"Our dealership needs a single AppSheet application that follows every vehicle from the first sales entry through finance clearance and, finally, physical delivery. The same app must serve three departments—Sales, Finance, and Delivery—across several outlets while showing each user only the screens, data, and actions relevant to their role.

Core process
• Sales team captures leads and booking details, updates vehicle status, and produces a branded quotation PDF straight from the form.
• Finance reviews the deal, records payments or loan information, and signs off with an approval step that automatically advances the status.
• Delivery staff receive only the vehicles marked “Finance Cleared,” arrange registration, and generate the final hand-over PDF for the customer.

Key build requirements
• Robust role-based access using AppSheet security filters so users from one department or outlet never see another team’s data.
• A status-driven workflow that moves the record from “Prospect” to “Delivered” without manual re-entry, triggering emails or in-app notifications at each hand-off.
• On-demand and automated form-to-PDF generation for quotations, pro-forma invoices, finance approvals, and delivery receipts, all stored back to Google Drive (or another supported store).
• Centralised reporting dashboards—sales pipeline, finance ageing, delivery turnaround time—refreshed in real time for management.
• Multi-outlet structure with an Outlet field driving filtered views and numeric KPIs per location.

Deliverables
1. Fully functioning AppSheet app with all views, tables, and security rules configured.
2. At least three polished PDF templates mapped to our existing letterhead.
3. Sample data set and documentation that explains table schema, roles, and workflow logic.
4. Recorded walkthrough (or live call) so our in-house admin can maintain and extend the app.
