"I’m building a simple paper-trading application so beginners can practise buying and selling stocks with virtual cash—absolutely no real money or payment gateways involved. The core flow is straightforward: users sign up with their phone number, receive an OTP, and are dropped into a clean interface that mirrors live market prices.

Here’s the feature set I need brought to life:

• OTP-based sign-up / log-in
• Pre-loaded virtual balance that updates in real time
• Buy & Sell screens using live quotes
• Portfolio view summarising profit, loss, and current holdings
• Trade history for every order placed
• Lightweight, modern UI that feels native on Android

I’m still undecided on whether to connect more than one exchange, so please structure the codebase so we can toggle between a single feed today and potentially multiple feeds later without rewriting everything.

Tech is flexible—Flutter or React Native on the front end and any solid backend/API stack you’re comfortable with. What matters is clean code, clear documentation, and a build that I can extend for future coursework.
