"The goal is to build a fast, Q-commerce inspired website—similar in flow to [login to view URL]—that lists organic vegetables, fruits, and grocery items in clear vertical categories and a tidy grid layout. Shoppers will be able to pick ad-hoc items or choose a family basket subscription sized Small, Medium, or Large; the site should automatically handle recurring deliveries, proration, and simple upgrades or downgrades between basket sizes.

Core requirements
• Front-end: responsive, mobile-first pages, clean product grid, quick category switching, and a seamless checkout that never feels heavier than an app.
• Back-office: an admin panel to add products, set basket compositions, manage stock, edit prices, and view real-time orders.
• Payments: secure integration for Credit/Debit Cards and UPI, with immediate confirmation and automated subscription billing.
• Customer tools: order history, basket pause/resume, address book, and push-style e-mail/SMS notifications for dispatch and delivery.

Tech notes
You’re free to work in the web stack you know best (React, Vue, Angular, or even a solid server-rendered approach) as long as it stays lightweight and can scale. Clean API design and database modelling for products, inventory, and subscriptions are a must, and all code should be version-controlled.

Acceptance criteria
1. Live, responsive website running on my domain and SSL-secured.
2. Admin dashboard capable of every back-office task listed above.
3. Fully tested checkout accepting cards and UPI with successful sandbox + live transactions.
4. Clear deployment guide and source in a Git repository.
