"I need a full-featured mobile application that runs natively on both iOS and Android. The core purpose is to streamline everything around cosplay services, from discovery to payment, for two distinct user groups: Visitors and Service Providers.

Here’s the flow I have in mind. A visitor opens the app, browses a curated list of service providers who offer commissions—costume making, makeup, photography, props, you name it—then checks an always-updated calendar to pick an available slot, books instantly or sends a request for approval (both options must be supported), pays securely, and chooses a delivery method that suits the service. At the same time, the visitor can scan an events section that aggregates upcoming cosplay conventions and gatherings across the country, helping them plan bookings around real-world dates.

Service Providers, on the other hand, need an interface to publish offerings, set per-pax pricing, manage availability, accept or decline requests, make payment to admin of the app for applying every single commission track and track payouts. They should also see a snapshot of upcoming national events so they can decide whether to run promotions or adjust capacity.
