"I’m ready to kick off the new website we’ve already discussed and want to formalise the work here so we can track milestones and files cleanly. The build will be done on WordPress, exactly as we agreed.

Scope
• Spin up the WordPress instance on the host we choose together, apply all core hardening steps and SSL.
• Install and configure the essential plugins we talked about (SEO, caching, security, backup).
• Implement the visual layer—whether that ends up being a custom layout, a premium theme, or a well-tuned free theme, I’m open to whichever fits best once you’ve reviewed my brand assets.
• Create the initial page set (Home, About, Contact, plus two placeholder content pages) and set up the menu structure.
• Hand-off with admin credentials, documentation for routine updates, and a quick walkthrough call.

Acceptance
The site must load in under 3 s on mobile 4G, display correctly on the latest Chrome, Safari and Firefox, and pass a quick PageSpeed Insights and basic security scan.

Everything else we already covered privately, so once this project is live you can accept and we’ll move straight into execution." (client-provided description)
