Project description:
"I run Dolibarr 23.0.0-alpha and need a compact, upgrade-safe module that extends the native document manager without touching core files. The goal is to let my users drop their own template files into group-specific folders and, from any third-party or contact card, click once to generate a fully substituted document archive.
Core workflow
• A user belonging to a defined Dolibarr group uploads at least one ODT template (DOCX, PDF or any other format are welcome when technically feasible).
• Templates are stored in a clean, group-dedicated folder structure the module creates during installation.
• From a third-party/contact record, the user clicks “Generate archive”; the module feeds the chosen template through Dolibarr’s variable substitution engine, then saves the output in an archive location filtered by user-selectable tags.
• All actions must respect existing Dolibarr permission checks and appear in the standard audit logs.
Technical expectations
• No overrides or hacks: install/uninstall leaves the instance pristine and safe for future upgrades.
• Follows Dolibarr coding guidelines and module manifest conventions.
• Uses only public hooks and helpers already present in 23.0.0-alpha.
• Clear configuration page where I map groups to template folders and define tag rules.
• Thoroughly documented source, plus a short admin guide.
Acceptance
The module installs on a fresh Dolibarr 23.0.0-alpha, produces a substituted ODT from a test template, stores it under the correct tag-filtered path, and uninstalls without residue. Hand-off includes full source, SQL schema (if any), and README." (client-provided description)
