Project description:
"We are looking for a data-savvy assistant to support our data operations team on an ongoing basis. The work focuses on data quality, data analyses, and operational reporting, using Excel and GenAI tools.

The engagement runs in weekly packages of ~10 hours, with the intention of a longer-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing quality checks on website and datasets:
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing data
- Flag issues clearly and suggest corrections
- Clean, validate, and enrich data using Excel / Google Sheets
- Conduct structured research using: GenAI tools, Online sources (web, platforms, social media)
- Validate and fact-check AI-generated results

Create and maintain:
-Simple quality reports
- Progress tracking sheets or boards (MS planner)
- Provide short written summaries of findings and issues
- chase resolution with out data-operations team

Required Skills
- HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
- Experience with data quality, QA, or data operations
- Ability to use GenAI tools responsibly (research + validation)
- Excellent English skills

Nice to Have
- Experience in data ops, content moderation, or platform QA
- Experience creating dashboards or quality reports
- Familiarity with task boards or workflow tools
