I already collected bug reports that reproduce the obvious issues, yet I suspect deeper problems remain. I need a full sweep of the entire codebase: clone it, review every module, flag hidden logic or security flaws, and then deliver clean, working code.

Deliverables
• A concise code-review report outlining every defect, risk, and recommended improvement
• Fixed and tested code with recharge, bill-pay, and user account actions working end-to-end on the live server
• A brief hand-over note explaining all changes, any remaining technical debt, and suggested next steps

Acceptance will be based on bug-free operation of the three flows in production, zero new console/server errors, and resolution of the items listed in my current bug reports." (client-provided description)
