"I have a detailed SRS ready and need the full build of a lightweight, single-image resizer website. The core interface must load fast, support drag-and-drop uploads, show a live preview, and allow users to select preset or custom dimensions before downloading the resized image.

Image format support is non-negotiable for JPEG and PNG, and GIF and WEBP should also be supported out of the box. PDF export is a welcome addition if it does not impact performance.

Beyond the core tool, the project includes:

-A small SEO-ready blog with an admin panel to publish, edit, and delete posts

-Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) already created — only tracking integration and verification are required

-Clean, well-structured, and well-commented source code to be handed over at completion so I can self-host or extend the application later

Acceptance means the resizer works smoothly on desktop and mobile, outputs all listed formats correctly, follows good performance and SEO practices, and allows editing of page titles and meta descriptions from the admin panel without touching code.
