Scope of Work
Understand the software and its core functionalities
Prepare a structured demo flow (problem → solution → features → benefits)
Conduct a live demo (Zoom / Google Meet) or deliver a recorded demo
Explain workflows for different user roles (admin, user, reporting, etc.)
Highlight business use cases and practical scenarios
Answer questions and clarify doubts during or after the demo
Required Skills
Experience in software or SaaS product demonstrations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Familiarity with web-based or enterprise software
Professional English communication (spoken & written)
Nice to Have
Experience with SaaS, ERP, healthcare, AI, or enterprise software
Sales or pre-sales demo experience
Ability to customize demos based on client requirements
