"I need a web-based HRMS that brings payroll management, employee self-service, and recruitment together in a single, streamlined platform. The system must run entirely in the browser so it stays accessible on any modern device without extra installs.

Beyond the core modules, smooth data flow is critical. Payroll figures have to post automatically to our existing accounting software, and attendance data from our time-tracking tools should sync in real time to drive accurate payroll runs and leave balances.

Deliverables I expect:
• Fully functional web application covering payroll, ESS, and recruitment
• Secure integration bridges to both the accounting package and time-tracking system (REST or similar)
• Responsive UI with role-based access for HR, managers, and employees
• Deployment instructions plus hand-over of source code and database schema

Once each module is live and passes basic user acceptance testing—calculating payroll totals correctly, letting employees update personal data, posting open jobs and tracking applicants—I’ll sign off on that milestone.
