"I need a developer who can quickly wire a WhatsApp-based one-time-password flow into my cross-platform Flutter app. The goal is to add two-factor authentication, so after users log in with their usual credentials they receive a WhatsApp message containing the verification code.

The backend work is already complete on my side; you’ll get the API endpoint details, key, and the service provider credentials as soon as we start, so you can focus solely on the client-side implementation and the callback handling inside Flutter.

To wrap this up smoothly I’ll expect:
• clean, well-commented Dart code that triggers the OTP request, listens for delivery status, and validates the returned code;
• graceful error handling and user feedback for edge cases (delays, wrong code, expired code);
• a short README outlining any new dependencies and the widget / service class you introduced.
