The core of the job is straightforward: build a blog that is easy for me to update and, most importantly, features a seamless newsletter sign-up so I can grow an email audience from day one.

Here’s what I have in mind and what I’ll look for when reviewing your proposal:

• A modern CMS setup—WordPress, Ghost, or another platform you recommend—that lets me publish new posts and edit pages without touching code.
• A well-structured theme (custom or customized) that looks great on desktop and mobile.
