"I’m looking to commission a small, highly focused VR demo for Meta Quest that guides users through an uplifting, goal-oriented experience.
The purpose of the demo is therapeutic and reflective rather than purely entertaining: each scene should help the user identify, visualize, and emotionally connect with their career-related ambitions.

This demo will be used as a concept prototype to test emotional impact with a small focus group and to validate a larger VR product vision.

Core Experience:

A 5–10 minute standalone VR experience built in Unity (latest LTS) using the XR Interaction Toolkit.

The user begins in a calm, stylized environment, is gently guided to define a personal career goal, and then progresses through a short sequence of interactive vignettes designed to evoke:
-confidence
-motivation
-clarity
Simple, intuitive interactions such as:
-grabbing symbolic objects
-placing milestones along a path
-watching progress elements light up or transform
These interactions should reinforce a sense of progress and personal agency.

Context-sensitive voice-over and ambient audio guide the experience, keeping the pacing calm, grounded, and emotionally supportive.

Performance must be Meta Quest–friendly, including:
-single-pass rendering
-efficient lighting
-minimal draw calls

Deliverables
Unity project source with:
-clean folder structure
-readable, commented scripts
-Signed Quest APK ready for sideloading
-One-page setup & build guide so I can iterate internally

Ideal Background:
-Experience with VR development in Unity (Meta Quest preferred)
-Experience with mindfulness, wellness, narrative, or therapeutic VR is a strong plus
-Appreciation for emotional UX, pacing, and comfort
-Ability to work independently with clear direction
-I’m prioritizing thoughtful UX, emotional flow, and clean reusable code over high-end graphics.
