"I want to commission a fully-featured online casino platform built from the ground up in PHP with a MySQL back-end.
The core of the job is to deliver a clean, modular codebase that I can extend over time, while keeping everything secure, scalable, and friendly on any screen size.

Security & accounts
The registration and login flow needs to use tried-and-tested password encryption (bcrypt or Argon2). No two-factor or biometric layers for now, but the architecture should leave room for me to add them later. Session handling must be immune to the usual threats: SQL injection, XSS, CSRF.

Player wallet
Each user keeps a real-time balance in a dedicated wallet table. I need deposit, withdrawal, and in-game debit / credit methods exposed through a simple API so that any future game can call them without touching business logic.

Game integration framework
Please wire the platform to recognise three game categories at launch:
• Slot games
• Poker games
• Roulette games
Your code should let me drop new titles into a “games” folder, register them in the admin panel, and have them instantly playable. Think of it as a mini SDK: initialise player session, fetch balance, push bet result, return updated balance.

Admin dashboard
Using plain PHP, Laravel, or another well-supported MVC of your choice, build pages that let me:
• Search / manage users
• Enable / disable games
• Pull basic financial and gameplay reports (CSV export is fine for now)

Responsive UI
The front end has to look and feel native on:
• Mobile phones
• Tablets
• Desktop computers
Bootstrap 5 or a comparable lightweight CSS framework is fine. Clean UX, fast load times, no unnecessary animations.

Deliverables
1. Source code (PHP, SQL, JS, CSS) with brief inline comments
2. Database schema & seed data
3. Setup guide good enough for a fresh VPS
4. One live demo showing login, balance change, and a sample spin / hand / wheel
